Kenneth C. Ulmer, DMin, PhD Served as Senior Pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church, former owners of The Great Western Forum, for over 40 years. He is Founder and CEO of The Ulmer Institute, a non-profit committed to the treatment, training and research of Urban Trauma. Presiding Bishop of Macedonia International Bible Fellowship, a network of global religious leaders based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Bishop Ulmer graduated from the University of Illinois with a double major in Music and Broadcasting, and went on the earn two doctorates having taught at Pepperdine University, Fuller Theological Seminary and Biola University. He is past president of The King's University in Dallas, Texas and serves as Senior Advisor to the President of Biola University on Community Reconciliation.
